Shipping Policy

Delivery

Orders of £50 or more qualify for FREE next working day delivery to addresses in the United Kingdom.*

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email to confirm your order details. Please check this email carefully and inform us if you notice any mistakes in the details or if you need to make any changes. You must quote the order number on the email. You will receive a further email once your order has been picked and packed, to confirm that the items are ready for dispatch.

* Orders of personalised items may take longer to be dispatched and may be subject to further restrictions. Please check details of the personalised product description very carefully.

We aim to dispatch all Standard Delivery orders within one working day of being placed but at particularly busy periods this may take longer. You will receive a confirmation email once the order has been dispatched.

Standard Delivery - UK Mainland

All orders under £50 will be sent Royal Mail second class signed-for. The cost is £4 and should take 3-4 working days. This service covers:

  • The Highlands & Islands

  • The Scilly Isles

  • The Isle of Man

  • Northern Ireland.

  • ​

It excludes the Channel Islands.

You will receive an email containing your tracking details once the package has been dispatched.

Next Day Delivery - UK Mainland

All orders of £50 or over are dispatched without charge.

Orders less than £50 cost £6 to deliver.

Next day deliveries will be dispatched via an overnight courier service.

Unfortunately we are unable to offer a next day service to the following post codes:

  • AB31-56 : Aberdeen

  • BT : all Northern Ireland

  • FK : all Falkirk

  • GY : all Guernsey

  • HS : all The Outer Hebridies

  • IM : all The Isle of Man

  • IV : all Inverness

  • JE : all Jersey

  • KA27-28 : Kilmarnock

  • KW0-17 :Kirkwall

  • PA20-78 : Paisley

  • PH15-99 :Perth

Orders placed before 1 pm on a standard working day should be dispatched the same day for delivery the next working day. Orders placed after 1 pm or on a non-working day should be dispatched the following working day for delivery on the subsequent working day. Standard working days are Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays.

All deliveries require a signature. Courier deliveries are normally made between 8 am and 6 pm but may be later during busy periods. If you are not in, a card will be left for you to re-arrange delivery. Providing us with an email address and a mobile phone number allows the delivery company to contact you directly to arrange delivery.

Dispatch and delivery times are estimates and at very busy times, such as the run up to Christmas, or at times of severe weather disruption it may not be possible for these times to be met. We always want deliveries to arrive as quickly as possible and should there be a problem we will try to keep customers informed. We hope you will be understanding should the worst happen. In reality, the vast majority of orders are received on time.

Overseas

We make no promise that the items on our website are appropriate or available for use outside the United Kingdom, and accessing our website from countries where its contents are illegal or unlawful is prohibited. If you choose to access this site from locations outside of the UK, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.
 

Return & Exchange Policy

We hope you will be happy with your purchase. We are happy to refund or exchange products returned within 14 days of receipt. Your right to cancel can exercised in an email by contacting us Lads Manor at info@ladsmanor.com

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, if you buy online or by phone, consumer rights entitle you to a full refund if you request one in writing within 30 calendar days of receipt. We are sorry but personalised products, food, self-assembly furniture (once partly or wholly assembled) cannot be refunded or exchanged unless faulty. We are happy to refund or exchange products returned within 30 days of receipt. It is important that items are returned in perfect condition so please take care of them and pack them appropriately.

We recommend you request a Proof of Postage certificate (free) from the Post Office if you return your goods.



Returns are processed within 48 hours of receipt at our warehouse.  A replacement order will take approximately 7 days for delivery.  If the item is no longer available, you will receive notification and a refund.  We will exchange any faulty goods at our own expense. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.
